Cancelation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your order after placing it, please contact hello@gramawellness.com as soon as possible. Most orders ship out in 1-2 business days, so prompt contact is needed.
  • If you contact us before your order has shipped, we will refund you in full and cancel your order.
  • If you contact us after your order has been shipped, please see the Return Policy.

Shipping

  • We offer the following methods of shipping within the USA. Standard Shipping for $5.95 or free on orders that subtotal over $50.
  • All orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday – Friday, pending there are no backorders or delays. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Return Policy

  • You must contact us and arrange for a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All product must be in their original, unopened package to be accepted for a return, unless there is a manufacturer defect. If the package was damaged in transit you must contact us in 7 business days with pictures of the damaged product.
  • If your product is eligible for a return, email us at hello@gramawellness.com for instructions on how to send the product back, and to receive a RMA return number. Returns can take 7 - 10 business days to process once we’ve received the return.
  • Please note: Unless there is a manufacturer defect and we are contacted in 7 business days, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Exchange

If you ordered the incorrect item, we are happy to accept it for an exchange, as long as its within the 30 days of purchase, and is unopened and in original condition. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will be responsible for return shipping, and the new shipping charge for the correct item.
